What began in a Santa Monica living room in March of 1946, our theatre has grown from a handful of passionate artists into a vibrant creative home serving performers, students, and audiences of all ages. Over the decades, we have endured and evolved—surviving an early fire, rebuilding our beloved theatre, and even reimagining how we tell stories by producing virtual entertainment when the world went dark. Today, we proudly produce five MainStage productions and five Youth Productions each season, while offering youth workshops and classes that nurture the next generation of artists. As we celebrate our 80th anniversary, we honor the resilience, creativity, and community spirit that have shaped our past and continue to guide our future.
