Get ready to ring in the holidays with White Christmas! After World War II, Bob Wallace and Phil Davis have made a name for themselves as a successful song-and-dance team. When they meet the talented Haynes sisters, romance leads them to a Vermont inn, where the sisters are booked to perform for Christmas. To Bob and Phil’s surprise, the inn belongs to their beloved former army commander, General Waverly.
With the inn struggling and Christmas fast approaching, Bob and Phil rally their friends to put on a spectacular show and give the General a holiday he’ll never forget. Along the way, there are mix-ups, budding romances, plenty of laughter, and the magic of bringing people together. Filled with dazzling dance numbers and beloved Irving Berlin songs, White Christmas is a heartwarming holiday musical for the whole family.

About the Director
Kristie Mattsson is beyond delighted and so grateful to be bringing this charming musical to the YES stage this fall with such a dynamic group of youth performers. Previously with YES: Snow White and the Prince, Sherlock Holmes…, and Willy Wonka, Jr. MWT Mainstage productions include Mary Poppins, Drowsy Chaperone, Wedding Singer, and Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. Kristie works full-time at Windward School as their Performing Arts Production Manager and co-teacher of theater tech, and is also an accomplished costume designer.
